Positive: The rooms are spacious, very clean, well equipped with everything, air conditioned. The staff is very friendly, always smiling, makes you feel welcome everywhere. The pool is very well located, very nice area with an amazing view over the sea. The breakfast is amazing with a large selection to choose from and the terrace where you can serve it is offering a breathtaking view. The hotel is very conveniently located near the bus stations from where you can arrive in less than an hour to any spot you want. There is a small free sandy beach also just across the street where you can bathe and catch sun if you are too tired to go somwhere else or it is too late in the day to go anywhere else.
Negative: We would have appreciated a bit more proactivity from the front desk to arrange for us to stay in the same room for the whole time-we had two bookings done because we decided late that we want to stay one more night. This was communicated upon arrival, but still we needed to check out the day before the departure and check in again in the afternoon. Also, we realised that we might need a socket addaptor as we wandered the street shops before the check in time. It would be good to mentioned in the hotel description on the Booking platform.
Summary: Satisfied, overall. Very good price for the services provided.

Positive: We had the penthouse and it was nice especially the private pool. A modern penthouse and even more a quiet place.
Negative: In the breakfast there wasn't that variety of foods. I had to ask them for nutella since they don't have it. Then, the day after they did it. Too much mosquitos in the breakfast area. In the penthouse there were also some ants as well.

Positive: Room size was comfortable, restaurants at the hotel are great and use of the adults pool was quiet with no overcrowding (except for a noisy group).
Negative: Hairdryer and mirror switch did not work in the bathroom. Water leaked from the shower each time the shower was used. Soap dispenser in the shower was not filled up on our first night, and we had to leave a note for it to be filled up once our room was cleaned. Bedside lamps simply stopped working on the last night of our stay Rooms could do with better maintenance and upgrade. Lack of pool attendants was noticeable at the pool, especially to stop noisy groups from being rough in the adults pool. Pool towels had holes in them. Breakfast could be better, especially the limited options for coffee (either a machine was not working or limited to one coffee type).

Positive: The facilities are amazing, the room was spacious and comfortable with almost all the amenities you could need. The F&B offering was also great and very handy when we didn’t want to go out for food.
Negative: Some of the staff wasn’t very friendly. They were helpful and we never had any big issues but sometimes we felt like we were bothering them when asking for something. All the people that we encountered at the pool and the pool’s bar however were very nice.
