Positive: If you’re a fan of Twin Peaks or simply looking for a place full of atmosphere and natural beauty, this hotel will exceed your expectations. The hotel sits right above Snoqualmie Falls, and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with fireplaces and luxurious bathtubs. Everything is done with great attention to detail. The staff is polite and attentive, and you truly feel like a welcomed guest. The most striking part is the feeling that you’re inside the world of Twin Peaks. The recognizable facade, the scenery — everything feels like it came straight from the screen, yet it’s a peaceful and comfortable place to relax.

Positive: The property was beautiful. The restaurant staff was very nice and welcoming!
Negative: My husband booked this stay as my Christmas gift. We love spa destinations and after looking at photos on the website (one of the main draws and reasons for our stay), we were looking forward to our staycation. He booked a massage for me, and later in the day we were on our way to the spa when we were told we couldn’t access and needed a special add on package to access the tubs, etc. We asked the front desk and they told us that it was sold out. I am extremely disappointed as we were not informed of this before booking, with the spa obviously being the main draw of why we picked the location. I was especially unhappy not being able to use the facilities despite having booked a massage. This should be clearly stated on the website (as opposed to all the way down the page in a collapsible FAQ section). We loved everything else but sadly won’t be returning.
Summary: Great property, not so great spa experience.

Positive: Beautiful location and hotel. Loved having a fireplace in my room and a fire pit outside.
Negative: I didn't understand that I would not be a view from my room. I was on the bottom floor overlooking the chain link fence and power plant. It was quite expensive and really a place for 2 people. I would not recommend for a solo traveler...more of a celebration kind of place.
Summary: Beautiful but pricey...not great for solos.
