Positive: Amazing views and beautiful hotel and staff service was very excellent
Negative: Breakfast was poor and also very limited options and not really catering for international guests it seems. English breakfast tea was not an option, only Turkish. For our entire stay, the elevators were not working and our room was on the top floor. The hotel and staff are good but for the price I paid I was expecting a bit more value for money.

Positive: We booked the two bedroom residence room all inclusive. The rooms were amazing with a massive balcony and great view from the terrace. It had all the amenities of a proper two bedroom villa with a laundry room, well equipped kitchen and very spacious. The fotos on booking.com doesn’t do the hotel any justice and needs to be upgraded.the interior is beautifully decorated and full of detail. The food selection for all meals was great with good quality cheeses olives, fresh fish, meat dishes and many traditional Turkish dishes daily. The staff were well trained and friendly. Service was always good.
Negative: The beach is very small and cramped, there are not enough deck chairs at the pool, the pool toilets are disgusting with tiles missing on the mosaic walls everywhere, it desperately needs an upgrade. The general cleaning and upkeep needs urgent attention. The staff are over worked due to not enough staff on duty. The elevator from pool had the same dirt in it for the entire week we were in the hotel. The cleaning in the residence is not up to standard at all, we had to call for towels and water on more than one occasion. The terrace was probably not cleaned in the week we were there. We left a plate outside our room and it was there for 4 days, the housekeeper didn’t clean or collect it.
Summary: Lovely older hotel, desperately needs a proper General Manager

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The receptionists, Shilan and Kamuran, were absolutely amazing—so kind, professional, and always ready to help. They truly made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The portions were generous, and every meal felt like it was prepared with care. All the staff I encountered were warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The spa is huge and beautifully maintained, with an authentic hammam that adds a special touch of relaxation to the stay. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, friendly staff, excellent food, and top-notch wellness facilities.
Negative: However, the hotel itself is in need of renovation, starting from the entrance through to the rooms. Our first night was difficult as the AC wasn’t working properly, making it hard to sleep, and the lighting in the room could use improvement as it lacked proper lamps. While the service from individual staff members was excellent, the overall facilities need attention to match the hospitality provided. With some upgrades, this hotel has the potential to be truly outstanding.

Negative: Very difficult to say but one thing they can improve is have a a bit of vegan veg menu and also to add the name in front of the food. Just a suggestion.
