Positive: The condo was cutely decorated and in a great location, the instructions for entry were straightforward.
Negative: The WiFi was inadequate for remote work, I ended up using my mobile hotspot when I really needed to use the Internet.

Positive: Convenient and close to Salt Palace. I used Lime scooters to get around; great option.
Negative: Need to update recommended grocery store locations and add a note to take reusable grocery bags as the downtown grocery store near the downtown shopping uses reusable bags. The one listed is no longer open.

Positive: The location was very convenient for the event I attended at the Salt Palace Convention Center. Parking was safe and easy in and out. It is close to a lot of downtown attractions and has nice neighborhoods behind it that are pleasant to walk around in. Having a washer/dryer was also very helpful. The TV had Netflix which was also nice.
Negative: The apartment is tired. Cabinet doors are hanging slightly out of alignment, the kitchen is old and worn, the drawers are a bit full of junk, there were some spare screws piled on the kitchen counter, etc. (The kitchen wasn't gross, just worn.) The murphy beds were not made up when we arrived. I found the sheets in the cabinet under the window and when I made up the bed the fitted sheet literally had a stain and orange cracker crumbs in it. The matching comforter was also dirty. Clearly the sheets were put away without being washed. There also were no extra pillows for the twin murphy beds. When I pulled the cord to raise the main window blinds the whole blind came off its holder and crashed down. I had to jury rig it to get it to stay attached to the window frame. The whole building including the apartment had a slight odor to it. Not deal-breakingly bad, but not fantastic either.

Positive: PERFECT FOR GENEALOGISTS! The location was a five-minute walk from the Family History Library. Packing is easier as there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was equipped with pots and pans, a coffee maker, dishes, coffee, tea, and other beverages.
Negative: It is quite a distance from a grocery store without a car; however, Lyft works well. There is good fast food at the end of the block and a service station next door.
Summary: Perfect place for Genealogists! One Queen Bed and Two Twin Murphy Beds.
