Summary: Breakfast was a highlight. Unfortunate there was still substantial construction. Sunday menus disappointing . Staff excellent who resolved a hiccup quickly and courteosly. Rooms comfortable.

Summary: Check in was good, the receptionist lady was absolutely brilliant. Had a Waters edge room, thought the layout wasn’t very good. Very dark and dingy room. Breakfast was fantastic, the staff and food were really good.
