Positive: This place is unbelievable. High above the mountains with incredible views over Berchtesgaden. The kitchenette was fully equipped, we loved preparing our meals and sitting on the balcony overlooking the alps. The sauna and spa was our highlight after a day of exploring. Highly recommended ! We will be back.

Positive: Beautiful location near a cable car you could ride up or down during day-time hours. Nice unexpected bonus! There was a fun summer sledding ride at the top that was fun :)
Negative: The battery in the key box was dead so there was a delay in our ability to get our key and get into our apartment. Once in, everything was great.

Positive: New and beautiful property run by a young couple. Accommodations were modern and comfortable. Our bedding and linens were very nice, and even came with a robe to enjoy the outdoor amenities like the hot tub, sauna, and outdoor shower.
Negative: Quite a steep walk down to the hotel from the parking lot situated at the top of the hill. Fine for us, but was a bit challenging transporting our luggage and could definitely be hard for others who have mobility challenges. We had a nice outdoor balcony, unfortunately it faced the back slope. Would have been wonderful to have a view of the city below.

Positive: The location was fantastic. Getting around was easy we either took the tram a few minutes walk away from the hotel or drove. Driving was a bit challenging with the windy roads. We were close to so many beautiful destinations such a beautiful peaceful place. Our hosts were wonderful and helpful. I’d highly recommend staying there.

Positive: Out of town but not to far from town, property was beautifully decorated,spacious room.
Negative: Skylight over the bed without blockout shade. Very rough sheet on mattress, duvet and pillows were high quality.
