Summary: Mark was very communicative with us about the check-in and out procedures before and after the stay. The house was perfectly nestled in a private area shared by other respectful residents. We had access to the water, which was perfect for boat and kayak use, and minus our boat having an engine issue, the weekend was perfect. We could enjoy three home-cooked meals each day and relax in the comfort of the house in the evenings. We appreciated the quiet from the norm of everyday life, and we are thankful to Mark and his wife for allowing us the opportunity to stay in their beautiful home.

Summary: Had a great weekend trip with my family and friends! First night we did get a lot of rain but we made the best of it and played board games. The second day we went to the lake and enjoyed the beach area. Defiantly would recommend this house!

Summary: Spent five days on this property and enjoyed every second of it. The owners hospitality was 5 star and the property was 5 star as well. Never had any issues and would highly recommend this rental to anyone wanting a lake get away. Will be a returning renter!

Summary: We loved everything about this lake house! Picturesque setting, lovely outdoor space, and gorgeous, modern finishes with stunning views of the lake. The hosts were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating! We appreciated how they made themselves available to us for any questions we had during our stay. We enjoyed every moment we spent at this property and look forward to staying again next time we visit Lake Sam Rayburn. Highly recommend!

Summary: This property was the perfect getaway for our family. Beautiful, comfortable home in a quiet location and on the water with the ability to beach your boat on the property(dock not in the water yet, but this was no issue with a bass boat). Plenty to do at the house also for those not wanting to fish, such as enjoying outdoors on the beautiful back porch overlooking the lake, playing ping pong, board games, card games, etc.

Summary: This property was beautiful! We had our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) stay and we were very comfortable. Plenty of room to play and explore, loved having bikes to ride and the ping pong table was a fun treat for our teenagers. Will definitely be back to enjoy this property again ❤️

Summary: The home is gorgeous, the property is beautiful. But due to heavy rains the beach access was not good. Lake view is limited by abundance of pine trees on Corp of Engineers property. But Powell State Park is only 10 minutes away. We enjoyed the swimming area, the park and the store. We were able to launch the boat there and enjoy a day on the lake and then bring in the boat.
