Summary: The Stay was Amazing

Summary: We get there to check in and had to wait until the lady felt like walking to the front desk to check us in even though she saw us come in. The floors in the room were filthy near the curtain as if all of the dirt from the room was swept in the corner. The tub had pubic hair in it and was disgusting like it has never been cleaned. The tub looks permanently dirty from not being properly cleaned. The smell of sewage in the room and down the hallway was horrible. The refrigerator didn't have any racks in it and the freezer part needed cleaning and defrosting. I would not recommend this place unless it was a last resort or emergency.

Summary: Ice machine was broken, most eating places were closed during the weekdays. My husband and other members of our party are ambulatory impaired. We had asked to be close to desk at least the elevator. We were placed on the 4th floor at the end of the hall the very farthest from the elevators.

Summary: Inexpensive room. Casino was fun. The property was clean enough but very worn and dated.

Summary: The room was very gloomy. Everything in the fridge was thrown away it was never cold. They have resort fees, but no resort amenities. Stale and musty, need a little upgrade.
