Positive: It’s very close to a beach that’s completely secluded. Felt like a private beach. They have access from the property straight on to the beach.

Negative: It was too basic for the price they charged. The property isn’t maintained well (probably because of continued low occupancy) and the rooms have a very low price feel about them.

Summary: Over priced but one of only a few properties in the area!

Positive: Typical very good Maharashtrian style breakfast. Includes Pohe, Upama Onion Bhajia & green grass tea.

Negative: Since it was rainy season, not much selection in breakfast items were available. Still the resort could arrange for some exclusive food preparations.

Summary: Remote and good location. This place can be visited in any season throughout the year.

Positive: Peace and Tranquility. Excellent food. Amazing location. The best part is that place has a private beach which is very clean with clear water. Caretaker is very friendly and always up for making your stay comfortable and pleasing.

Negative: The place does not have wifi and there is a range issue with many mobile network providers.
