Positive: Very nice staff, Good localization- near the center of Iquitos, close to the river, shops, easy to find local transport Nice tropical pool Breakfasts are OK but not a very large choice.

Negative: This hotel needs a serious renovation, Dirty walls, watermarks with moulds are everywhere Damaged furniture, and problems with cleanness. Hard to get hot water under shower Definitely lots of room for improvement

Positive: Great stuff with very helpful actions, such as offering turning on the air conditioning when we were at the lobby waiting for our van to airport in that very hot day

Negative: No warm water in the shower

Positive: very nice swimming pool with good bar. Our hotel room had an excellent 270 degrees view of the city and the river. ask for room 701. the breakfast is ok, the staff is very helpfull

Negative: no working safe in the room. Coffee boiler in the room but no cups, no coffee etc.
