Positive: We had an amazing time. It’s the perfect place to truly disconnect—there’s no mobile reception around the cottage, just lakes, a river, hills, a crackling wood-burning fireplace, and complete peace. The cottage sits on a large fenced-in property, so you feel completely safe while being immersed in nature. The cottage is even nicer than on pics and has everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a full set of barbecue utensils and crockery. We spent our days going on bird watching, long walks, visiting the waterfall with super friendly host dog Donna, strolling along the river, and playing outside with our child. Sandro, the owner, and Jacques, the caretaker, were incredibly attentive and even arranged a comfortable transfer back to Tbilisi for us. We’re already planning to come back in the spring to see everything in bloom.

Negative: One thing to note: when the power goes out, there’s not only no electricity or Wi-Fi, but also no running water, which can be inconvenient. There’s a camera facing the cottage, and the windows on that side have no curtains. There are three sleeping places (a bed and a sofa bed on the ground floor), but in winter it’s really only comfortable to sleep upstairs—and even there, it can get quite chilly in the morning.

Positive: This is the calmest place in my entire life. No people, no rush, just you and nature. The kitchen is well equipped (microwave oven, dish washer even carbonating machine). The host is very nice and worrywart in a very good way. There are two super friendly dogs and in case you are scared of dogs like me - these guys will remove any fears.

Negative: The only thing - the absence of hair dryer. Luckily, the weather was nice and warm, so there was no chance to get a cold.

Summary: Definitely recommend this place❤️
