Positive: Super friendly staff. The sleeping huts are basic but more than satisfactory. Calm domain with a private beach part.
Negative: Make sure to hire a scooter to move from and to the camping.

Positive: We stayed in the air conditioned hut which was adequate. Some communal areas that were nice and board games/a guitar/ football etc. Great if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle as it’s in a beautiful location. The most helpful and incredibly friendly hosts
Negative: The interior needed finishing and the mattress needs replacing ( springs in your back)

Positive: The beach site is very nice, as it connects directly to a beautiful beach (though shallow and warm, as all the beaches is Koh Samui), and it happens to be one of the less crowded beaches in the island.
Negative: The problem with this place is that its webpage at Booking does not explain clearly that the place is actually divided into two sites: one is located uphill, far from the beach (at least 2 or 3 km away). These are the rooms that they call "with views to the garden". The other is a small site which is located at the beach front, with only 3 huts and 1 AC room. Very inconveniently, the reception and kitchen are located at the inland site, although they will deliver food to the beach site. So, make sure you are booking at the site of your preference and, if you book two rooms, make sure they are located at the same site! We stayed in huts at the beach location. The mattreses where is very bad condition. Very unconfortable.

Positive: Quiet place and clean. Nice garden. Good thai food =) the staff are lovely and peacefull. Vegetarian food available and very tasty ♡
Negative: Very far away from everything. Even for the beach. You must get a motorbike to move. Even to go from the pier (ferry port) to the hostel I spent 400 bths just for 1 way =( ... the coffee is only available until 10 am around. To go to 7eleven you have to walk around 1 hour or more to go and back. Or 15 min in motorbike. The mattres feel like a Hole on the Middle.

Positive: Peaceful location away from the main hustle. Super friendly, helpful and always smiling staff. The food on site is amazing. The best phanaeng curry I had in Thailand. Motorbikes available for rent on site.
Negative: The bed has seen better days (springs were coming out). The nearby beach is not suitable for swimming - it's not really anyone's fault. I just wish I knew beforehand.

Positive: For the traveller who likes a bit of peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. The staff are genuinely some of the nicest we have ever met. They offered an in house taxi service which was cheaper than other options such as grab, moped hire for a reasonable price and food and drinks aswell. We would 100% recommend this property, for anyone to stay in.
