Positive: Great location! Close to everything: Sea World, Aquatica, multiple restaurants and cafes, donuts and kolaches, free public pool. The manager of the property Gloria is very nice, answered all my questions and concerns immediately. House is great! All the kids had their own rooms with smart TV, my youngest liked to watch big TV on the living room couch. Kitchen equipment is excellent, absolutely everything you need for daily life. I would recommend this property and am planning to rent it again next time.

Negative: Everything was excellent, no problem with my rental.

Negative: I didn't like that we had to sweep and mop the whole downstairs and clean the bathrooms when we got there. I didn't like the fact that we had to strip the beds and throw the trash when we left.. Your cleaning person isn't cleaning very good.

Positive: The house and rooms were very spacious.

Negative: At night, the house would get hot. The ac would go off about 2a.m and not kick back on till 9ish a.m, but that was it and I'm sure that the owners can adjust that

Positive: all the rooms were nice had all essentials you need for the stay sea world was just 8 min away everything was close to the home !

Negative: back yard was amazing perfect for many people to sit outside and chill
