Summary: Should be a very nice experience but poor service, nowhere near the 5 star price point, an extremely crowded pool and spa and very average f&b made this a somewhat disappointing stay although location and views are amazing.

Summary: For hotel with the price tag x night this one has they room was very disappointing, there was a rug in the room in the leaving area that I wouldn’t even use at my dog’s patio. Furniture outdated, very limited dining options. For sure not a $1k x night worth hotel.

Summary: This is considered a pet friendly property - but they would not allow in the beginning our dog in the dining area - only on the patio. But finally the manager made it happen and we always could sit inside since it was either too hot or chilly to sit on the patio. The maintenance should also replace on a regular schedule batteries for the fire alarm detectors. Ours started beeping in both rooms. But neighbors in close by rooms had the same problems at the same time. In the coming days we heard more beeping around in other parts of property. There is an in room safe on the top shelf of closet- but it is not bolted to the wall and could have been easily removed

Summary: For the price, it was disappointing. The room was fine but nothing special and the floors seemed dirty. The pool was very crowded - you can barely find a chair and some people had to wait. My room wasn’t serviced until extremely late in the afternoon and though they removed the used towels and bath mats, they did not replace them. The spa was very nice but one of the practitioners decided to leave the doors and shades open to the outside during a massage and there was a wedding going on (loud) as well as it was way too light in the room. For the luxury experience (and price) that they claim to have, I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Summary: We loved the seclusion and gorgeous setting. Pool is lovely and overall we liked our room. We were a little disappointed that with our casita we could hear everything in the adjoining space through the door that links the two rooms. I could hear normal volume full conversations. Given how quiet and serene everything else this was a let down. Also the water in our shower could have been a tad bit hotter. Appreciated being able to made espresso in our room each morning and listen to the birds chirp outside. The jade bar happy hour food was great and so was our breakfast sandwich from elements. The breakfast fried rice was decent but not our favorite. Room service was excellent. The pool snacks were a little disappointing but the staff wonderful. The bell guys were fantastic and the house car super convenient for off site dining. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time and we had to check back in a couple of times, we did arrive early but it still wasn’t ready at 4. It wasn’t a big deal for us to wait but I also feel like front desk staff didn’t even apologize or really offer us a place to go or options while we waited. We wandered and found our way to the bar. I enjoyed my time at the spa although I don’t think I actually got the pedicure that I booked given that it had some extras I didn’t get but the ladies were very sweet and attentive so not a big concern. My motherhood massage was great and the heated adjustable bed was so comfortable. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Summary: I had high expectations for this immaculate property and its services, but I was disappointed with my experience. When I inquired about the pool area hours, management informed me that it would be open until 11 PM. However, when I arrived at 8:30 PM on a Friday evening, I found the swimming area completely dark. A maintenance worker eventually arrived and suggested that I should have known how to turn on the jacuzzi. When I asked about the pool lights, he stated there was a light available, but it turned out to be just a safety light. Unfortunately, no additional service was provided. This was especially disappointing given the property's otherwise immaculate condition.

Summary: The Casita we stayed in was run down for and old for an upscale resort. Needs updating and work. Windows don’t work, shower door leaks
