Positive: The location was terrific. The house is well stocked, the decor is nice, and the view of the ocean was to die for! Beach access from the house is at 2 dead end roads in the neighborhood and the owner should put up signs with distances to get to them both - it has to be a common question for every guest. The kitchen was super well stocked - the coffee and full spice rack was such a nice amenity (see exceptions below).

Negative: All of the NONSTICK PANS NEED TO BE THROWN OUT and replaced immediately since they are all scraped up and unhealthy to use (nonstick pans should never be in rentals as people cant be trusted to treat them correctly). One thing missing in the kitchen is they need some silicone spatulas (especially with the nonstick pans!). The spiral staircase is NO JOKE, and the property owner needs to allow people to use the outside stairs since it is WAY easier to bring luggage, groceries, humans and dogs up into the living space. The couch is uncomfortable even for sitting and needs to be replaced.

Summary: Stunning expansive beach view home that is comfy, well-stocked, and spacious.

Positive: Location and beach were great, would happily stay here again if all appliances worked

Negative: Very little hot water, dishwasher didn't work, dirty dishes in the cabinet, washing machine leaked, dryer kept shutting itself off, games were all missing too many pieces to play, thermostats didn't work correctly

Negative: The spiral staircase for entry is very steep and not user friendly. Hauling luggage and groceries up the spiral staircase is difficult and honestly not very safe especially for older guests. There as no mention about this in the original advertisement of the property. Other things that were not satisfactory: 1. Hot water heater temp is extremely high and has the potential for scalding burns. 2. Leaks under the kitchen sink and washing machine need to be addressed. The plastic bucket under the kitchen sink is not a good idea and has the potential for serious damage to the property. Again, we were not even aware of the issue until we were leaving and although we were only there for 2 nights, it had already overflowed 3. Silverware and dishes were not clean even though they were placed in the cupboards and drawers for guest use.

Summary: Could have been better.

Positive: Modern inside and well equipped with books, videos, dishes, pot and pans. Great view of ocean.

Negative: No easy excess to beach. Home owners should have an easy easement path to beach. Spiral staircase a little difficult going up and down, although outdoor staircase works.

Summary: We had a very nice stay. Surrounding houses were very quite and people we did see nice.
