Bring the whole family!. 4 huge bedrooms with king sized mattresses just begin to tell the story at 7 Maple Ave. Upon entry, you are greeted with a gracious family room, easily accommodating 8 or more guests.
Narraganset is a beautiful town that has something for everyone. With many beaches to choose from--Scarborough Beach, Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach are all a short drive away. Narragansett is close to the Block Island Ferry, which makes for a lovely day trip. Grab lobsters off the boat in Galilee! Also close are Providence, Newport, Mohegan Sun Casino and Foxwoods Casino.
You'll find a bedroom on the lower level, as well as a full bathroom. Beyond the family room is an eat-in kitchen with a sliding door to the backyard. This kitchen is well-suited for anything you might have in mind, from family breakfasts to late-night BBQs.
Upstairs are the remaining three bedrooms, an over sized full bathroom perfect for families with young children, and a space for laundry. My favorite part of this house is the proximity to Roger Wheeler State Beach. Just steps away is this gorgeous, family friendly beach. Traveling with young ones or perhaps your parents? Your rental is just five minutes away by foot so going home for diaper changes, naps, or lunch is not a problem.

**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.

Summary: Location was great, short walk to neighborhood rocky beach and to sand hill cove which is a great family friendly beach! Wasn’t the cleanest upon arrival but I am picky and outdated some but what you expect for a rental in my opinion. Great overall stay, rooms are huge, nice quiet neighborhood. Biggest downfall is small shared backyard and I have two little ones and a neighbor yelled at my kids for rolling in neighbors grass. But I would go back here again still! Very convenient and love being near Galilee, point Judith lighthouse, aunt Carrie’s, etc.

Summary: We stayed at this house in August 2020. What we loved about the house: 1. Excellent location to Public beach- walking took only 5-8 minutes with a toddler in tow. 2. The breeze throughout the house was amazing. 3. It was large enough to sleep 10 but we only had 4 and two dogs. What would’ve improved our stay: 1. It’s dog friendly which is amazing but a small fenced in part of the back yard would’ve made it more private (the yard is open to 4 other yards) and safer for the dogs and kiddos. 2. There is an outdoor shower but it isn’t enclosed at all-spend the few hundred bucks and enclose it-no one wants to shower outdoors where everyone can see you. 3. The house had 4 king beds. Knowing it’s perfect size for families-take one room and split the king into two twins to really accommodate families more. The mircrowave died during our stay and many light bulbs were out without any replacements immediately available-not a big deal for us and when we contacted the property managers there were super responsive-just may want to check out those small details before each renter comes. Overall we had a great week and would recommend this place to other dog families.

Summary: We had so much fun at the beach house our family really enjoyed it we do not get a lot of family time because we are working the house was great the beach was great for the kids the dogs were very happy there there was a front porch where we could all sit we went and there was fireworks to thank you so much we enjoyed your home very much see you next year
