This 4 bedroom/2 bath pristine contemporary in the heart of Sand Hill Cove is wide open for summer! You will be only 3/10 of mile to Roger Wheeler State Beach (also known as Sand Hill Cove Beach) and a 5-minute drive to Scarborough State Beach.
Narraganset is a beautiful town that has something for everyone. With many beaches to choose from--Scarborough Beach, Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach are all a short drive away. Narragansett is close to the Block Island Ferry, which makes for a lovely day trip. Grab lobsters off the boat in Galilee! Also close are Providence, Newport, Mohegan Sun Casino and Foxwoods Casino.
This home features an open concept floor plan for the kitchen, dining area and living room. Living room includes a 65-inch Smart TV ; stainless appliances, granite counters; glass doors to patio. 1 large bedroom (queen) and full tub/shower bath on first floor. Upstairs has 3 large bedrooms (1 with 2 full size beds, 1 with a queen, 1 with full bed) full tub/shower bath, open balcony overlooking beamed ceiling living rooms. All bedrooms include large mounted flat screen TV's! New furnishings, immaculate, cable/internet, washer/dryer and two patio tables with an outdoor fire pit! All the amenities for a perfect vacation!
When you’re not at the beach, take advantage of the close proximity to the Block Island Ferry, whale watching, fishing excursions; grab lobsters off the boat for dinner, and savor the local cuisine.
Entire Place
**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.

Summary: Place was very clean. Everything looked great. Yes there was normal wear and tear from being used but that just goes to show you how much love that place has gotten from all its guests. It was nice and relaxing to spend a week there. We will definitely be back.

Summary: Hello The house and the infrastructure was great The Furnishings were just so so besides the nice big couch...The beds were terrible.. the blankets were thin. We had to rent our own linens for another 200.00. The owner came everyday and made some sort of excuse why he had to be there. fertilizing the lawn, cutting the grass, checking the garbage.everyday...not cool...My sister brought her 3 lb dog over for a few hours the owner charged us for having a dog over he literally was there for 3 hours....Wont rent there and will not recommend sorry the owner ruined it plus the beds and linens did not help...

Summary: We had such a nice vacation this summer. The house was perfect for all of our needs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big, the kitchen was fully equipped and the close proximity to Roger Wheeler made our stay a memorable one. The kids were able to play on the dead end street while the adults relaxed on the patio furniture. It was a pleasure working with the management company again. They are so receptive.

Summary: Plenty of indoor space to gather for meals and down time. Easy walk to Wheeler State beach. Had some beach items available for use such as boogie boards, chairs, beach cart and toys (wish I knew with listing as it would have saved me lugging my own from Fl, suggest you ask which I should have done). Only challenge - kitchen little sparse on useable pots/pans and mixing type bowls. Owners live near by and were great people
