Positive: The cottage was very spacious and clean. Big comfy beds with lovely linen. Towels were changed upon request. There was enough space around each cottage to make each cottage private. Big bathrooms with spacious shower section and excellent flow of water. Within easy distance the the KNP and to the town, where there are many restaurants to choose from. A most comfortable stay where we were made to feel really special by Akani, who went out of his way to ensure that we were happy. From bringing us a complimentary bag of ice, to mopping up water that had leaked out of the fridge due to a short power failure and to whatsapp messages in the evenings enquiring after our day, he was a fantastic host. We were sad when our holiday ended but we will definitely return.
Negative: Some of the pots had no lids. The cupboard in one bedroom could not close because the handle was broken. The shelf in the freezer was missing.
Summary: A very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Positive: The rooms are great and comfortable. Receptionist Akin was a good host and very helpful and courteous...we had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back.
Negative: The cleaning staff didn't change the linen even when the stay was longer( 4 days). Otherwise the place was kept clean daily

Positive: Facility had enough space to accommodate a small family comfortably.
Negative: Cleanliness needs to be improved. There was dirt on the grout lines in the shower enclosures, something that can be removed with thorough cleaning. Stove knobs were sticky with grime from longterm use. Pillow cases in our room had not been replaced. We had to call for their replacement late at night before we could turn in. Sofas are all peeled and need replacing.
