Positive: I breakfast was average the dining area was good with the exception of the birds flying around.
Negative: For the price I didn't have that wow factor. The rooms were small and the shower head needed to be replaced. The wait for the food in the restaurants was very long, but the food was good.
Summary: It was a very good experience never been to Jamaica.

Positive: Breakfast and lunch buffet, cocktails were great and varied. View on the beach and number of sun beds. Room was great, plenty of space and cleaned daily Easy access to snorkeling and other water activities..
Negative: Water access is limited due to many boats, only one section is mostly clear of sea grass, and all swimming areas only go to hip level. Photography staff was very pushy when trying to sell the photoshoot. Had to say no multiple times, to multiple staff members. Service at some dinner restaurants was very slow. When the main pool has a party, it is difficult to find a quiet space anywhere on the beach.

Positive: We loved the beach and lowkey vibe of Negril. Restaurants had great food, lots of bars around the place to get a drink and staff were generally very friendly and happy to help
Negative: The room was dark and door opened up to a walkway so couldnt really open windows without giving up privacy to people walking by. I would recommend getting an oceanfront room if available. Initially during check in there was an issue with placing a hold on our credit card due to an issue on the resorts end. Reception thought this was due to issues with my bank, however after trying and failing with my bank on the phone plus trying two other different credit cards we just didn't provide a hold for our stay without any issues.
Summary: loved the lowkey vibe, very intimate and beautiful clear seawater to swim in.
