Positive: Electrical keypad lock to enter property was easy to use (but lacked detailed instructions to lock it—we figured it out. ) The great views and easy access to the beach. Amenities, especially free wi-fi was great and a necessity. Complete kitchen and nice dining area. The property was very clean and complete.
Negative: More lights on the stairway going up to the property. Steep and many steps to get to front door. Narrow and rough road to get to property and limited and tight parking (2 spaces in front and tight for large SUVs to get to property because of narrow road). No cell service in area (but wi-fi was very helpful for us to communicate with our family members in another property).
Summary: This property and another Vacasa property nearby was used for our short family reunion—a great time

Positive: This was a perfect location for a couple of days at the beach. There's a great view of the ocean from the house, and it's an easy walk down to the beach. And, the house had everything we needed.
