Summary: The atrium was so large that it was noisy and disturbing throughout the night. The pool wasn’t what I expected either.

Summary: Staff very well presented, friendly and courteous. Room was clean and even had a small fridge and a (chargeable) min-bar. Food excellent.

Summary: Older hotel, but nice beds and nice breakfast. Pool looked nice as well. Rooms seem to be undergoing renovation. Door/bell staff very friendly. Great location near mall of Mysuru and zoo.

Summary: Excellent staff although the front desk staff could be a little more friendly. The security staff, the doormen, the restaurant staff, the in room dining staff and the housekeeping staff were all very friendly. Our first 2 nights in a suite room were great. When we moved to a regular room after 2 nights, we had a very noisy neighbor above us all day and night. Front desk staff said they would move us to a different room after the first night of not being able to sleep (security staff tried to ask the noisy room to stop making disturbances). The front desk employee told me she would move us but then never contacted us to move.
