Summary: Stay was very nice. We were upgraded to a suite which was unexpected and appreciated. Room was nice but needs maintenance. The bathroom door handle fell off the first time using the bathroom, lucky no one was stuck in the bathroom. Maintenance repaired it very quickly. The AC unit was loud at times (feeling like a Mac truck drove through the room) and it was quiet. Seemed it needed some care. And the clock radio alarm went off at midnight. Took a really long time to figure out where the noise was coming from. Terrible prank! Loved that the restaurants were accessible from the hotel.

Summary: Both front desk attendants were friendly and polite (Garima & Salim). Room was also in a good condition. Only thing that I didn't like is the noise coming from highway. I had trouble sleeping because of this. Maybe better windows with more soundproofing could've helped.

Summary: First room didn't have either tv working went back down got new room, hair dryer won't stay on, mirror light doesn't work, bedroom heater doesn't work, shower temp evening and morning were barely warm after a long run. Just not the standard I would expect from sandman
