Summary: Our check in was terrible. We booked 2 rooms and they had them both under my brothers name and couldn’t find the reservation that I had made under my name for the both of us. And they did not correct it so for the two days and even checkout they couldn’t find us. It should have been an easy fix.

Summary: We had a good stay. My only question, do hotels not remove winter duvets for summer. We had air conditioning but sleeping was hot with duvet. Once removed and top cover on things were much more comfortable for sleeping.

Summary: The Sandman rooms need an update. The tile was falling off the jacuzzi tub and the shower cleanliness was lacking - soap scum inside the corner of the tiled shower as well as rust around the shower door. The rug in the living room area has stain marks which needs cleaning as well as dirt on the doors and handles.

Summary: The only issue we had with this location was that my children were hoping for a 'bigger pool, with a water slide.' Other than that, we enjoyed it, like we do every other time we've stayed at this location. Thank you

Summary: While staying there, for 3 nights, our room was not made up once as I couldn't find card to put on the door. The third night we had to call for towels and were told by the housekeeper that if we wanted our room refreshed we needed to put a card on our door. When we checked out, there was a DMF charge on our bill. This is a Discretionary Management Fee. What in the name of god is that. We didnt have our room cleaned or the bed made and no additional shampoo, no conditioner at all and one facecloth for two people for 4 days. If I stay at this hotel again, I will tell them up front that I will not pay the DMF. Have stayed thete many times and this was definitely the worst time.
