Summary: My companion hurt her leg on our motorcycle trip and we needed a place to stay last minute. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and even upgraded us to give us a room that was easier to get in and out of for her. Huge thanks for that. This hotel has clearly seen a lot of Junior hockey tournaments and pipeline workers come thru. It was a place to stay when we needed it, but the AC was loud and the room hadn't been updated since the 90s. The faucet in the tub only allowed the shower to work, the tile was cracked and everything was pretty worn.

Summary: Front desk was super kind gave us an early check in. Needs updating bed was saggy door covers in dents. Unfortunately had a dirty towel left on room. All Williams lake hotels need updating.

Summary: The hotel is run down and needs to be updated. Kitchen was dirty. Covers missing on electrical outlets etc. the hotel just needs to be renovated and cleaned up.

Summary: Beds were not comfy at all, there was a consistent flushing noise every three-5 minutes and wall paper was peeling off the wall. Not enough plug ins.
