Summary: This is an amazing hotel with clean rooms and comfortable bed. Bathrooms are big size with minimum of 2 shower heads. Chop restaurant attached to the hotel cooks great food though pricey (but we all know that things are expensive now). I’m a person who doesn’t like to try new food. Every new food that I tried at Chop was delicious. Good size parking spaces with easy access to the front desk. I’ll definitely stay again

Summary: Check in was fast, efficient and informative. The room was nice, modern and clean. There was noise from the room above when someone was walking around, that was the only negative about the room. The other issue was, when I was checking out, there was no one at the front desk. A note saying someone would be back promptly. I waited a few min, then took my bags to my car and came back in. Still no one. I left the room key in the check out box as I had appointments to keep. I never heard from them regarding the stay, a copy of my receipt or indication that they had cleared the account on my credit card. I phoned in the evening and they said they would email me a receipt (which came promptly) but still haven’t seen the credit card adjustment made. I have never been to a hotel who didn’t have someone at the counter in the mornings.

Summary: Nice staff, nice room. Normally a great expense. Bathroom garbage not emptied, hair in the bathroom sink, generally appeared as rushed cleaning

Summary: From entry into the building until we departed the staff were exceptional. Room was neat, clean and well appointed. Bed and linens were very nice. We greatly appreciated two sets of pillows, one soft and one regular, both were identified with an embroidered pillow case. With inside passageway to the restaurant Chop, it was perfect. Would definitely recommend this be the place for your stay.

Summary: The mattress and pillows were fantastic. The bathroom was huge and the AC worked great. The front desk staff was very attentive and super nice. Would stay here again.
