Negative: The walls of the building are either too thin or not well isolated. You can hear every word and movement from the neighbours. But that is not up to the host, its the building constructor thing.

Positive: Well located apartment, close to central shopping area. Sandra was available to answer any questions I had. Good for people with restricted mobility.
Negative: Only basic utensils in kitchen, but was enough to get by. Had a few issues with the access into the parking garage.
Summary: Very convenient location. Comfortable stay. Definitely recommend this apartment.
