Positive: Location, privacy, house had everything we would need.
Negative: Floors were filthy. House looked clean, but socks were black on the bottom. Not good with an infant in tow. So, not clean at all. This was the most disappointing, as we're a family that doesn't wear shoes in our home. Burrs all over lawn, having to pull them out of our dogs Paws each bathroom break. Blackout and privacy blinds were installed backward. Meaning neighbors could see inside, along with the heat from the sun. Terrible cell reception, despite the wifi booster they provide. Had to call off 2 days of work because of this.

Positive: It had an amazing view and the home was clean for the most part .
Negative: It was advertised as a three bedroom but the third bedroom was locked ! Staff watches you and has no problems coming over to invade your vacation !

Positive: Fabulous views, comfortable, clean, responsive staff. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, toiletries provided, comfortable furniture in living room. Easy access through keypad. We had to leave a day early due to a medical emergency, staff were kind and responsive over text. We really enjoyed our stay. There's plenty of space for parking. We had difficulty finding the correct driveway in the dark/rain, though. Google maps directs to NW Lois Ln. It's actually the adjacent driveway towards south.

Negative: The front door lock code box didn’t work and we had to call for help just to get into the house. The lock box that was supposed to have a key was open and the key was in the house. The oven needed cleaning!

Positive: Nice quiet location with a great view and right on the beach. The home was comfortable and had everything needed. WiFi was very good. The home was very well equipped. Liked the wind break and fire pit as well as the covered parking. The beach was never in any way crowded very few people. The two bedrooms were plenty big and roomy and the Livingroom was comfortable.
Negative: The drive way entrance needs better marking, very hard to see even after we knew where it was just hard to see. No cell phone service at this location, I mean none at the house needs a cell phone booster installed. would not be able to send or receive an emergency call if needed, that is unacceptable. The DISH TV service was pretty much non-existence for anything except paid services (Netflix, Hulu, ect) The center lights in the center of kitchen does not work. The carpets really need updated it takes away from what otherwise was a clean home. The beach access was just ok as you need to scale down to the beach stairs need installed like all the other properties along the beach.
Summary: It was a very good stay except for the lack of cell phone service.
