This private home is located on Saginaw Bay off of Lake Huron. It features a beautiful view of the bay, and amenities for you and the children to enjoy. Enjoy the day on the, beach, on the water with the available kayaks and water pad, or a quiet time on the patio enjoying the calming lapping of the lake. At days end, enjoy the gas fire pit on the deck with ample seating options. If you want a good way to make s'mores and enjoy the smell of a campfire, use our wood fire pit which is also located on the deck.
The home is located between the Saginaw and Kawkawlin Rivers. Saginaw Bay is listed as one of the top 10 walleye fishing locations in the Midwest. This home is located just 2.6 miles from a DNR boat launch and marinas and is only minutes to shopping and restaurants.
The house has all the amenities of home. The floor in the downstairs portion of the home was recently remodeled from carpet, to ceramic tile. Fully equipped kitchen, Dishwasher, Microwave, Stove, Oven, Washer, Dryer, Smart TV's and WIFI. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the other two bedrooms have queen sized beds. There are two pull out couches one queen and one regular in separate rooms for semi-private sleeping.
The beach is a beautiful sandy beach. Nice to hang out on, build sand castles, or go for a stroll down. The lake is perfect for children it has a sandy bottom and is shallow enough to wade out for quite a ways. It is the perfect area for using the kayaks and water pad.

Summary: We loved our time here. The beach was just beautiful. We all had so much fun playing in the sand and the water. The kayaks were great, the house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommended. We are hoping to book again next Summer!

Summary: Scenic and relaxing stay over the Christmas holiday. Comfortable accommodations with plenty of in-home activities. Close to good restaurants in Bay City and Midland. Overall excellent place to vacation.

Summary: As soon as we arrived I knew our stay wasn’t going to be long enough. Everything was better than expected. The game room was so much fun for the kids! They were busy in there for hours on the rainy days. We even slept well and we aren’t the best sleepers! The view of the lake and beach was gorgeous. The neighbors were also very welcoming. We loved the whole experience! Photos don’t do this place justice!

Summary: We were looking to relax and enjoy the lake, and this property was perfect for that. Provided a quiet, comfortable home, outside fire, great views. But if we had our family along, it would also have been perfect. Owners provide many games, things to enjoy on water, and lots of room. The upstairs game room would be great for kids. Also everything you need in the kitchen. Thank you!

Summary: This property was just what we needed. Peaceful, lovely, roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed swimming, sitting on the deck just relaxing, playing games together (favorite was Spooky Tales), listening to the waves and just being present. The house is nice, everything you need is there. The neighbors are friendly and recommended places to eat. We went to the state park, did a hike and got to see a bald eagle sitting in the tree. Also, morning sunrises were beautiful too. Overall, a great place for anyone looking to get away from work and just relax! Thanks for letting us stay at your lovely property.

Summary: My family & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! The home provides such a fun & relaxing environment. The kayaks & swim mat were truly enjoyed.
