Welcome to your perfect getaway! This sought-after ground-floor beachfront studio places you just steps from the sugar sand beach of East Grand Traverse Bay. With breathtaking sunrise and sunset views from your private patio, you'll enjoy front-row access to the bay, the outdoor heated pool (seasonal) , and all the serenity northern Michigan has to offer. This property also includes community fire pits and a beach volleyball court.
This condo is perfect for two guests but sleeps up to four. This unit includes a King bed, Queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette with plenty of storage, apartment-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and general kitchen items. The full bath has plenty of counter space, a hair dryer, and a walk-in 60" x 34" shower, with a separate water closet. Direct TV supplies services to the 55" flat-screen smart Roku television. Free WIFI, air conditioning, and central heat. There is no breakfast included with this condo.
Whether you're savoring your morning coffee on the patio, sipping wine at dusk, or toasting marshmallows by the fire pit, this relaxing retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and nature.
The Great Lakes Equestrian Festival is only 6 miles from this location. It is also an easy drive to Old Mission Peninsula. Downtown Traverse City is just 4.5 miles from the condo. Cherry Capital Airport is only 3 miles away.

Summary: Our condo was clean and had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. We didnt need any additional paper towel, toilet paper or dish soap. The location is very walkable, due to the walk bridge by the state park.

Summary: This condo was clean and exactly what we needed for our long weekend in Traverse City. The best part is the view of the lake. The water was stunning. It was also nice only being a few steps from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
