Enjoy private beach stairs down to the sand & close walk to Tide Pools. Fireplace in Living room, dining & kitchen are great for Sand & Surf views & whale spouts. Additional entertainment room with 60" big screen and slider opening to private courtyard & hot tub, 3 queen bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms. Four bedrooms have surf views. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for creating a masterpiece for the gang. The hot tub has easy access off the entertainment room and is in a private courtyard. The deck overlooks surf & sand in Roads End with plenty of wooden Adirondack chairs to relax! We work extra hard to sanitize every surface and provide con-tactless check in.

Reviewer Comments: Our 3 generation group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed this oceanfront home.the views are spectacular. The beach is beautiful with access down your own private stairs. Small kitchen but had everything we needed. Two separate family rooms to gather in. A nice hot tub. Stairs may be difficult for people with mobility issues. Comfortable furniture and beds.

Summary: This house has a spectacular view, located right on the beach with a great deck that blocks the wind. The house is an old house with small rooms. The owners have recently done some updates but the showers looked scary and we didn't shower in them. We had some issues while staying at the house, but when addressed with the owners afterwards they were very accommodating. However, that said, it is an old house so don't expect a 4 or 5 star place.

Reviewer Comments: The beach house was "everything I could have wanted" my 5 year old exclaimed as he left our stay. All three kids begged to stay another night. The stairs leading down to the beach was amazing for beach time. The overall house was perfect for a relaxing stay with plenty of space, decent beds, and good water pressure. The kids loved the kites and appreciated the games/books as well. Very thoughtful sea themed touches completed the house and made my 3 year old fall in love with lighthouses. I also greatly appreciated the ease of check-in and that it wasn't a huge list of check-out procedures you get from other vacation rentals. We will definitely be booking from A-1 Beach Rentals again soon!

Summary: Beautiful view. Loved the surf and tide pools.Enjoyed the decks with ample seating. Five bedrooms. Windy, dress accordingly.Price posted on the garage and listed on the property site was considerably less than we were charged.

Close to everything in LC and incredible, unobstructed views. Direct beach access and close to our favorite tide pools at the north end of the beach. The house was very clean and well stocked. The team at A-1 was very responsive to questions prior to our stay and during. Highly recommend this place.

Summary: Stayed here for two nights, and that wasn't nearly long enough! Relaxing private location, where you can just relax, or use it as base camp for doing all the coastal tourist activities. Will stay here again. Plenty of rooms and places to sit and relax.

Summary: This functional home is sitting up on the hillside with a private set of stairs placing you right onto the sandy beach. We enjoyed the most beautiful views and sunsets!
