Negative: No control over temperature, cold unless had very noisy fan on to run fire place. No bath mats, very small bathroom , not true description , directions and entry confusing.

Positive: Needed a dog friendly house! Good location, spacious & well appointed.
Negative: Because it is dog friendly carpet is pretty worn & not as “fresh” looking & smelling as a place that is not dog friendly. The beds were not comfortable.

Positive: I really enjoyed how comfortable and welcoming it was. It's in walking distance to the beach and me and my family enjoyed our time there. Definitely going back!
Negative: The only problem was fireplace wasn't working right.

Positive: We loved the location as the house was the perfect short walk to the beach. The house had plenty of room for our large family, and the big dining table made getting together for games and meals perfect.
Negative: The house has a hole in the ceiling and water damage, and I was concerned about mold. It is an older home, and the oven smoked the whole place up when we used it. The toaster didn't work. I thought it was time for a little TLC, but really loved how affordable our stay was.
