Reverse level villa with main sleeping areas on the lower ground floor. "Sandy Feet" villa is set into a slope so that both the ground floor and the lower ground have direct access to outside spaces. Open plan kitchen/living/dining space with direct access to terrace and pool.
1 ground floor double room (at the living room level) with ensuite shower room. On the ground floor there is also a separate toilet & washbasin. On the lower ground there are three more bedrooms (a double room master with ensuite, twin room (bunkbeds), triple room (bunkbeds & a single bed) 1 shower room with wc, 1 ensuite bathroom with separate shower + bath with wc and a laundry room. *** Please note that pool heating requires a supplement before 3rd week of June and after 2nd week of September *** . Summary: Clean, well equipped property in a great location for exploring the area. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool was very clean and well maintained and we all enjoyed relaxing round the pool & sun deck. We had a fabulous holiday, enjoyed local golf courses and explored the towns south of Moliets too. Bike hire to Leon lake was fun as there are great cycle paths mostly away from the traffic.

Summary: The property had everything we needed and was like home from home. Lovely pool and easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Owners were great in all our communications. Would highly recommend!

Summary: We had a great time at John's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The house is fully equipped with all amenities. Though to have an oyster knife would have been nice 😜. The neighbourhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighbourhood the house is very quiet! You can do everything on foot. Excellent town to choose for families with young or beginners surfers. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Summary: Villa was great had everything you needed, pool was lovely too. Villa in perfect location, had sun all day and is close to the beach. Will be recommending to family and friends and would definitely stay here again, thank you.

Summary: Very well appointed villa. We stayed with daughters / grandchildren (3 years and 15 months) so 3 bathrooms were a definite bonus. Pool was good as were the swings / slide on the lower garden. Bar-b-q was excellent too. Had a couple of wet days so the tv/dvd/Netflix were invaluable. Excellent location in a very quiet street yet only a 5 minute walk to boulangerie / patisserie and reasonably sized shops (SPARs). Also a good Presse that had UK newspapers. A very wide range of restaurants and bars. 10 minutes to a Carrefour in Leon. Beach was good and although the sea was a bit rough for little ones there is a shallow stream entering the sea which suited them better. (very) nearby golf course looked in excellent condition and there are some lovely walks through the woods in which it's set. All in all an excellent place that I would strongly recommend.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our week at 'Sandy Feet'! The villa is ideal for two families sharing - plenty of space for everyone, comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect - local market, shops, restaurants and beach all just a short, pleasant stroll away. For wildlife lovers, we saw red squirrels in the back garden on several occasions. John was always prompt with his response to our queries. We would be very happy to return! Only small point to note is that this villa is in a residential area so consideration must be given to the neighbours.

Summary: We had a lovely stay, the pool was definitely the highlight! Both house and pool to high standard-very clean. Kitchen had everything you could dream of. The house is really well set up for a holiday with kids with all the bunks, some games, the pool and even plastic cutlery etc! Walking distance from bike hire, beach, restaurants and takeaways and spar. The owners were very helpful and easy to contact with concise information as needed. We travelled with a 2 and 4 yo. We found the pool cover to be sufficient for our peace of mind and the stair gate was really good. The stairs down to bedrooms were quite steep when carrying younger child but our elder managed no problem. High chair was helpful although a travel cot would be beneficial as it's less convenient to bring on plane. All in all brilliant rental and hope we are back!!
