Positive: Very clean and up kept staff was very nice and pleasant . 2 time staying here would definitely go again
Negative: Only thing I wasn’t able to utilize the pool or jacuzzi but other then that everything was exceptional

Positive: Sandy Haven is a quiet and relaxing venue. We enjoyed meeting other guests at the beach and really appreciate the spa massage services.
Negative: Not enough lighting in the sleeping rooms and bathrooms. With the widespread availability of LED bulbs, there should be better lighting over the bathroom mirros and in the reading lamps and overhead lamps.
Summary: We appreciated the weather, beach, other guests and staff. Next time we will stay longer than six

Positive: The service was impeccable, actual accommodation was really nice, the outside aesthetics more than made up for the shortfalls I experienced. It encumbered all the points and reasons I like staying at boutique hotels. I left with having experience Intimacy, uniqueness and a personal connection with my environment and great customer service from the front of house staff..
Negative: The hotel was lovely however the let’s downs * no entertainment in the evening on site * ⁠WiFi wasn’t working effectively and they had two systems on site * ⁠TV in the room wasn’t working either, neither was the cable TV For the nightly rate these items should be delivered to the customer.

Positive: Liked the location and proximity to the beach.
Negative: Didn't like the room location and the hotel response to our requests. we asked to check in at 1 but there was no hotel response. So we stayed until after the check in time. We arrived at 5 PM and our room was still not ready. we waited for 45 minutes. We had asked for a peaceful beach view room with a balcony and we got a room on second floor that is 2 meters away from the air conditioning engine of the next hotel. We couldn't access the balcony because of the deafening noise. Plus, the room was full of mosquitos because the screen door leading to the balcony has no net. Greatly disappointing.

Positive: Hotel room was amazing and could not request anymore from the staff. Felt welcome and was treated extremely well.
