This newly remodeled 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit is located on the 2nd floor of Tower 1. The beautiful master suite features a new king size bed, TV, and DVD player along with the gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico where you will have the pleasure of viewing the beautiful sunrise it has to offer with your own private entrance to the patio. In the master bathroom is a fully remodeled stand-up shower in suite. The first guest bedroom is ideal for the additional family/friends in your party with a new king bed and a private balcony. The 2nd guest bedroom has 2 new full beds, and between the 2 guest bedrooms is the second remodeled bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combo. The fully stocked updated kitchen is spacious for families to come together to make your favorite meals. The dining room seats 6 at the table and includes a breakfast bar. In addition to a spectacular view of the Gulf, and easy access to the balcony, the spacious living room also offers beautiful, brand new furniture and a large TV. All units include cable for your favorite TV shows, WIFI, and full size washer and dryer. Since this unit is in tower 1 without a pool on the south side of the building, that brings you just that much closer to the sites and sounds of our private beach. The property offers 800 feet of private beach, 2 pools (accessible by all towers), hot tub, full size tennis/pickleball court, fitness center, grill and picnic areas, and private parking in the gated community. No smoking or pets allowed.
