Negative: Massive hole in the bathroom door, one of the beds were about collapse, A/C remote didn't work, like 40 ants for some reason? Just not realistically ideal for the price point, I would suggest you look at a different stay at the moment

Summary: Not really worth the price, the location alone all most makes it worth it.

Positive: The room was very large and very nicely decorated. The fridge was clean. Exterior was very pretty with a couple maintenance issues. I really liked the contactless check in and check out. The maps and brochures in the office is a nice touch.

Negative: The main thing was the floor was filthy. You couldn’t tell with the naked eye, but if you took your shoes off and walked, it felt sticky, and your feet ended up filthy. The Keurig was dirty so that did not get used. The lightbulb was out on our exterior door along with a couple other units. The lights flickered in the bathroom and the bathroom drain did not work when you pulled up the plug. You had to hold it up to let the water out. One of the lamp posts as you exit the property is broken off.

Summary: Has the potential to be top-notch, but is suffering unsupervised maintenance issues with the owner not being on site

Positive: It was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable lived that there were extra blankets my husband prefers a colder space so i kept plenty warm

Negative: That if you wanted housekeeping daily there was an upcharge

Positive: The grounds were well maintained. The petunias growing through the cracks in the parking lot were hardy. The person on the phone was nice and professional.

Negative: We arrived to a room that was not clean It had not been cleaned from the previous people. Trash overflowing, feces on the toilet seat, unmade beds. No staff available to speak with had to make several phone calls to get into another room. The linens were cheap. The shower curtain had mildew on it

Negative: The room looked clean at first, but was actually quite dirty, several dead flies laying around and our feet were filthy from walking around. The coffee maker was disgusting.

Summary: Nice quiet area, but not near much and dirty room. I probably would not stay there again.

Negative: Air conditioner worked but barely turned on. There were a lot of flies (fly swatters were provided). No one on site to help when we checked.

Negative: Beds were a bit uncomfortable and the bathroom sink was loose on the wall. Also the bathroom door did not open all the way or close properly. The bottom hinge on the door was very loose.
