Positive: Location was good for exploring the local area, especially as we had a dog and just needed a base for two days.

Negative: The accomodation was basic, soft furnishings were stained and there were ants in the kitchen. We messaged the host about the ants, but did not get a response.

Positive: Location was good as we wanted to be close to Fowey. Ok for a quick last minute 1 night stay.

Negative: “The place initially looked clean, but after settling in we noticed quite a few issues. There were ants all over the kitchen worktops and making their way into the sofa area, which was very off putting. We also noticed dust around the window seals and inside photo frames things that were quite obvious and could have easily been cleaned. The beds were okay and fine for one night. Guests are asked to use black bin bags for rubbish disposal, but there weren’t any provided. I contacted the owners about both the ants and the missing bin bags, and they advised there should be some under the sink, but there were none there. The decking area also had a large burnt black patch that had a chair placed over it, which felt like it was being hidden. Lamps also need batteries changing. As do not work. Overall, it was okay for a very last minute, one night stay, but with a bit more attention to detail on cleanliness and maintenance, it could be much better.”

Positive: Lovely static caravan with everything you needed for a wonderful stay and extras that made it really homely. Heating worked great and quick to warm up. The shower was super hot and loads of room in cubicle not like mine at home.

Negative: The opening times of the swimming pool and that you had to book time slots but this was nothing to do with the owners of the static.

Summary: From the moment we opened the door it was a wow and super relaxing, just what you need a good break.

Positive: It was excellent for a one night stay. Everyone was so friendly in the office and the location was amazing. The majority of things were extremely clean and it was fairly comfortable.

Negative: The twin bedroom smelt like rotten milk. I expect this will be a one off as everything else was clean, but my daughter's needed to sleep in the living room in the end as the smell was so bad. I couldnt open most windows.
