Positive: It's in a secluded little part of County Donegal which is peaceful and quiet, but is only a 15-minute drive from Bundoran and 20 minutes to Donegal Town proper. The hosts were amazing, thoughtful and non-intrusive, allowing you to relax and unwind. The home itself is a small but well-kitted apartment, with 2 sizeable bedrooms and all mod cons. But not to worry if you have a baby or more than 4 staying, as the hosts can provide cots and spare bedding if needed. It's a self-catering holiday, but there are shops and supermarkets in Bundoran and Donegal so you will be fine. It is amazingly priced, and the hosts are so helpful and approachable. The apartment is spotless and has a beautiful view of the surrounding farm, so expect a visit from the local sheep from time to time, lol. All in all, an amazing location for those wanting to get away from city life and not wanting a resort. Perfect quiet holiday.
Negative: Nothing to do with the property but you are in the countryside, so expect phone signals to cut in and out from time to time. But you're there to get away from busy life for a while so suck it up, buttercup!

Positive: The property was very modern, clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the host. I would stay here again. A lovely beach close by to spend the evening having a walk and watching the sunset.

Positive: Good size of the apartment- 2 bedrooms, very good price for 4 pax (but we were 2). Privacy - it is a separated unit from the house where owner lives with a private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen, very clean and comfortable. Location is rural but it was close to the spots we planned to visit.
Negative: We did not find any shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. Not sure if the host told about it in property description but we were not prepared and it caused some discomfort for us. Not a big deal to buy a big bottle of cheap "2 in 1" shampoo and gel for 3 euros. Liquid for washing the dishes we did not find either. Traveling for 2 weeks in Ireland we found it was the only place without such simple things.

Positive: Welcome pack Lovely hosts. Location Comfortable Peaceful & quiet. Cosy little cottage attached to the main house. You wouldn't know a family lived next door. Easy to travel around to all the attractions that Donegal and beyond have to offer A great place to stay.

Positive: Location and modern facilities. Heating was excellent.
Negative: The beds were pushed up against the wall which made it difficult to get in and out. The beds were also springy and noisy when moving during the night.
