Summary: Wonderful place in town. Quiet locale but close to everything. Excellent staff. Great breakfast. Decent spa. Spacious, nice rooms. Two suggestions: ceiling fans in the rooms instead of chandeliers. I had to sleep with my balcony doors open in order to cool the room down at night. No phones in the spa wasn’t followed by Ecuadorians who visited. Many on speaker phones / FaceTimes instead of observing the quiet signage posted. Spa staff notified but weren’t open to requesting they stop so I left on numerous occasions.

Summary: The "Cabanas Luxury Matrimonial" were bare basic. No ventilation, no AC, no fan, windows open but don't have screens to keep bus out. No chairs to sit, 2 towels, 2 hangers, 1 bottle of water, nothing else. The price was very reasonable though. The 2 jacuzzies were not hot. One was lukewarm and the other was cold. There were plenty of spa options available.
