Negative: Due to serious health reasons beyond our control, we had to cut our stay by half. The owner did not confirm the shortening of our stay with Booking.com, despite a request from Booking.com and two requests from me. As a result, we were unable to get even a partial refund of the amount we had paid. This was very disappointing. Therefore, our overall rating is lower.

Positive: The staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing and beautiful with good temperature. Breakfast was up to snuff. Middle line Location. Nice water pressure in bathroom. Very nice view to the yard. Comfortable beds. My kids enjoyed the pool very much👌❤️ Overalls I recommend the hotel.

Negative: They clean the room once each 2 days. Some noise from the reception till midnight. No kettle in the room. Some smelling in the bathroom.

Positive: The room is big and nice with balcony the bathroom is also nice and big. For me the location was not so close to the center but for someone else it might be close. There is a restaurant and food shops near the hotel. The staff is nice the breakfast is enough and good value for money overall

Negative: I didn't like the fact that the wif-fi didn't work well at all it was frustrating to always try to connect and it didn't work. The hotel have no elevator its not a lot of stares but if you have a lot of luggage you will carry it by the stares.
