Positive: Great location on a quiet street in a neighborhood that has a lot less tourists than other neighborhoods. The apartment was a very nice secure space. Beds were comfortable and comfortably slept our family of 4.

Positive: The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. I had to report a fault late at night - no hot water - but this had been resolved by early morning. The managers and maintenance team are the best!

Negative: There were no hangers in the bathroom to hang the towels and the apartment was a little humid.

Positive: Up It is placed in the historic center. Every interest location were under 15-20min of walk. It is juste 1st floor, easier to climb with big baguages. Tips and advices from owner were pretty clear. Down: Toilets door doesnt close. Television only in italian without possibilité of VO. Noisy street in the morning (but that prove it is lifely one !)

Positive: Everything in the property was perfect- the natural lighting, the comfy bed, the facilities, the friendliness of the apartment holders and the location. we enjoyed everything about it.
Negative: it was perfect!

Positive: The location in the historic Jewish Quarter was ideal and having an ancient temple right outside our window was amazing. We were able to walk to most places (even though using Google maps was a nightmare in Rome!) and the apartment itself was spacious. The bed was comfortable and, once the local restaurants closed, the area was quiet enough to get a good sleep. We also liked the vines with fragrant flowers outside our windows...and have give a big "thumbs up" to the wonderful bakery just around the corner...best hot chocolate!
Negative: The locks on the 3 sets of doors to enter the apartment need modernising. I appreciate history, however, they were not only aggravating but ate up time, which is precious when you have tour groups to meet. The other thing that needs addressing is the "air conditioning." A plug in "cooling unit" isn't really up to it. Luckily, it wasn't too hot and there was a little breeze when we left the windows open. The only other concern was communication with the management/owners...or lack of. Once we were settled in, that was the end of the contact. For visitors from other countries who need fast response to questions, this may not be the place for you.
