Negative: not that big a fan of the location, there is a lot of road construction around this part of town... not that many things in close walking distance...

Negative: my only problem was when i checked out i forgot to leave thek key... i hesitate to say the staff was very helpful to the last minute... i was trying to get one my phones working and i took too much time... and they were great... but please do not over stay the check out time...

Positive: Everything worked well, including the air-conditioning. It was a really private suite which was good.

Negative: It was honestly really dirty when we got there. The floor had sticky spots where fluids were spilled and never cleaned up, hair was EVERYWHERE, and a lot of dirt on the floor.

Summary: For the price it was still good, I would just recommend having a few cleaning supplies in every room
