Positive: Nice quality quiet hotel. Good sized rooms & nice furnishings. It’s nice not to be able to hear the neighbours directly next door. Stayed on eighth floor. Very comfortable. In good location for us to walk to nearby restaurants etc.

Positive: Excellent room and hotel. The gym should be larger, for such a large hotel.

Negative: Pillows were terrible, too hard and too thick. It felt like I was resting my head on a soccer ball, as a side sleeper it pushed me neck too far upward. There should be different pillows available, soft, hard, medium...etc. A very nice maid found me some softer, smaller pillows. Garage parking is far too expensive.

Summary: Wonderful, clean, very professional hotel, excellent location.

Positive: Room was comfortable, spacious and immaculate with coffee maker in room. 5 mins from Sardinero beach, 10 mins from magdalena palace and I pleasant 40 min walk into the main town. Parking available but costs €18 a day. Really good value for money.

Positive: The location was great and only minutes away from the beach.

Negative: The breakfast price was higher than expected, also, the gym facilities could have been improved as there was lack of equipment and weights to use.

Summary: Really happy with the overall stay, recommend to others. Would definitely stay again if we were to visit Santander.

Positive: Comfortable room and helpful staff.

Negative: Despite several messages, we found a parking space had not been booked, though we did get a convenient one. (I am a disabled badge user). There was some confusion over our evening meal, perhaps because they were busy.
