Positive: Set in a stunning location surrounded by a lush palm forest, the hotel offers a truly serene and picturesque atmosphere. The houses are thoughtfully positioned, providing both privacy and exceptional comfort, which makes moving around the property easy and enjoyable. Breakfasts are consistently delicious, with a great variety and high-quality ingredients, and the cocktails at the bar are among the best - perfectly crafted and a pleasure to enjoy at any time of day (thanks to Best). What truly sets this place apart is the excellent service: the staff are attentive, professional, and genuinely care about every guest, creating a warm and memorable experience from start to finish.
Negative: The only minor points worth mentioning are that the floor in the house was extremely well polished and could feel a bit slippery when walking, and that it would have been nice to have the room cleaned (wet) at least once every three to five days. However, these are very small details and hardly affect the overall experience, which was otherwise great.

Positive: The staff were kind and cordial but the hotel policies tied their hands . The beach was clean and no rocks .
Negative: The food choice options in the entire resort were very limited. No sandwiches and burgers available and the staff used to get annoyed when we ordered from outside . We stayed for 7 days and its impossible to reorder and eat same things from the limited menu . Every afternoon the sea used to get dirty from dumped ocean trash coming with the waves to the resort .

Positive: Absolutely amazing hotel which I can't recommend enough! We stayed at the garden villa and it was enormous for 2 people, felt like staying in our own personal resort. Beach is super clean and lovely, enormous pool and the staff were all great. Hugely helpful, welcoming and really made the trip. The freebie sports equipment hire (sup, wind surfing, tennis) is also a huge plus. Would absolutely stay again!

Positive: The hotel is very luxurious and posh. All manners and dress codes are kept. The villa is large and in good condition, and the staff are always at your service. We enjoyed the sport's center and kayak.
Negative: We felt that the hotel didn't manage to give the genuine Thai feeling and hospitality. Too many rules and restrictions make the place very silent and uptight. It made us feel uncomfortable. The hotel facilities, including food and beverage, prices are very high. On the whole though it has a beautiful beach and pool, being far away from the fisherman's market and so pricy, we won't recommend this accommodation.
