Summary: Breakfast was very well prepared and delicious. Mehdi was attentive and helpful and went above and beyond. Unfortunately, the riad itself left little to be desired and felt dated, dark and lacked cleanliness. Our ground floor room didn’t feel safe with a secure door as it felt loose in its place, and furthermore, the lock broke (however Mehdi promptly provided a replacement.

Summary: The only 2 negatives are its not easy to get to but they will meet you with a luggage cart, and sound carries so well that even laughter on the roof can wake guests. The positives are a plenty. Amazing staff. Great breakfasts. Awesome rooms. Great location

Summary: I was greeted by staff, Fatima, who showed me where all of the sites would be on the map. Mehdi made sure that I was comfortable and that all my needs were met. This place is absolutely stunning and beautiful, and the staff, especially Mehdi, were absolutely amazing. I showed up with a sprained ankle so I was not able to get out much, but it couldn’t be a more beautiful place with better company to recuperate. Mehdi really exceeded every expectation. The bathroom and bedroom are all newly redecorated and appointed. The bed was just wonderful.
