Summary: This is a modern day beach bungalow set in the heart and soul of the Sarasota-Bradenton area. I was looking for a quiet place to attend a conference and found it to be exactly what I needed. I did experience one interruption by their pest control service but this was quickly resolved by management.

Summary: Location was great being close to the boat ramp. Cozy beach house feel with well thought out amenities! Would have liked more paper towels for a week stay, and the sheets had hair on them? I’m sure it was just an oversight, but they where very visible hairs. Overall, great for a week stay in Sarasota.

Summary: It's easy to see how much the owners love this house! Cheerful colors, cute retro kitchen with updated amenities, reliable WiFi, air conditioning, comfortable beds and nice shower - all very clean. Beach chairs and towels provided, also a BBQ in the back yard and 2nd bathroom outside. Is situated on a large, wooded lot with cool trees and birds. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with a local Florida vibe (it is not a hotel/tourist/condo area if that is what you are looking for). Walmart, coffee shops are close by. Short drive to the beaches, downtown, activities but no crazy nightlife or crowds of people. Comfortable place to relax after exploring Sarasota. We would stay here again. Check out Fork & Hen for chicken and waffles! :-)

Summary: This house is well cared for. Loved the beach house vibe and was perfect for a weekend getaway and visit to Ringling College. Loved that just about everything was within walking distance. Lido Beach was about a 10-15 minute drive. Would certainly stay here again.

Summary: Great location in relation to boat ramp! The neighborhood is "getting better," as the neighbor put it that I gave fish to. Parking area has low lying branches so parking any boat with a T-top will not work. For $100 you can safely store it about a mile from the boat ramp at the many locked short term boat storage facilities in the area. House was perfect for a week stay.
