Positive: The house was very clean, up to date working appliances, a kitchen well supplied for cooking, a good supply of TP, laundry and kitchen soap, garbage bags, etc. The furniture seemed pretty recent, and good quality. The pool area was really nice, a covered pool to keep out bugs and a great place to hang out. The owner was flexible about arrival time which we appreciated. Really a wonderful stay, highly recommended. Quiet neighborhood.
Negative: Really liked pretty much everything. The sheets and towels were rather old and thin, whereas everything else was quite new, but this was minor.
Summary: Excellent, well kept home.

Positive: Beautiful home very clean and has everything you need. Came with a washer and dryer.! Loved the pool entrance thru the one bedroom. Only a 30 min drive to Siesta Key Beach. It was a very quiet neighborhood. Owners were super nice and responded very quickly.
Negative: The fridge wasn’t allowed to be adjusted it was on 2 food and water didn’t get cold at all. The water used to water grass sprayed all over my car leaving white water spots all over my car and smelled like rotting eggs. Water didn’t get very cold. Quiet time was 9 so that kinda sucked not being able to swim. Late at night with kids bc we were afraid of being kicked out.
Summary: I would def stay again and reccomend it to others.

Positive: Clean! Felt like home. Comfortable. Felt safe. Very well supplied rental from kitchen tools, dishes, appliances, extras, etc. to toiletry items if you needed them, many activities for options of kids’ games, ping pong table, swimming pool and nice screened in outside area for an extra “go to” space. There were plenty of hangers! Ease of working with the host was excellent for the little contact we needed, prior. Things were in good working condition, which we don’t always find in a rental. Used the bedroom with the interior bathroom and loved the storage bathroom space of drawers, hooks and linen closet and shelves-not a luxurious house, but very nice and all of the above is much more important to me, especially that the house was clean! I respected that you had a few (very reasonable) rules, which I would want in my own home (such as,do not put your suitcase on the bed unless you have a covering, underneath, that you provided-pet peeve of mine in my own home!)
Negative: Very little, except, for my purposes, the bedroom I stayed in, did not have bright enough overhead lighting, (which I prefer). Might have preferred one bed that was a little softer, as an option for a guest, but, for me, a firmer bed was fine. Apologies if I did not see this in the other bathroom, (wasn’t in there and booking.com sent this survey at 6:40AM,(too early, BTW, and won’t be waking anyone else to ask right now,) but thought a few more towels , wash cloths/linens, in general might have been useful, as all else was above and beyond. (Just suggesting) Truly, no complaints and very happy with our stay.
