Summary: The house is beautiful, has real character, comfortable and neighborhood is quiet. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Even Mom with her mobility issues had no problem in getting around the house and outside too. Loved all the stained glass. Checking in was easy and any questions we had were answered quickly. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching the planes come in - inside the house it was nice and quiet. Upstairs living space is perfect for another couple to have their private area. We hope to come back again next year.

Summary: This house is awesome! My teens loved the pool and the aesthetic of the home. The rooms had so much character and were so quaint. The hosts were so accommodating and everything was perfect. I can’t think of a single complaint. We were in town for a memorial service and my mom and I were able to stay in the downstairs room and the kids had their own space upstairs. This allowed them to sleep in each morning and mom and I could be up bustling around and soaking up the sun. The Ringling touches are adorable. We would DEFINITELY stay in this home again.

Summary: This house is beautiful, with so much character and unique touches. The beds were all very comfortable, and everything was perfectly clean. Recommend bringing ear plugs (or properly manager could provide), as this property is near the airport, and the 6am departing flights could wake you up. Property manager - would be lovely to provide some towels specifically for the pool, as we didn't feel comfortable taking the bathroom towels outside. Would also appreciate single-use laundry detergent, as it's not something folks usually travel with ;)

Summary: We loved all the little decorating details of this house, the art displayed, the colors of the rooms all the way down to the Friends cups (that gave me a big smile when I noticed those). The beds were very comfortable, everyone slept great. The pool in back was beautiful, unfortunately we stayed so busy and it was so HOT, we didn’t get to take advantage of it. I definitely would stay here again if I ever visit Sarasota again.

Summary: Actually 3 sleepable beds in this house. 2 kings and a queen make it much more like home. The pool is fantastic. This location was perfect for us. Almost everything is still brand new (bedding, towels, kitchen equipment) or recently remodeled (bathrooms, kitchen, air conditioning). A few minor additions needed - a few more standard size pillows - king size pillows are neck killers. Upgraded shower head in 1st floor bathroom to improve water pressure. Kitchen needs a set of hot pads. Upstairs is basically a master suite, this home would be easy to share with 2 parties and each would still have privacy. Neighbors were very nice too!
