The house, recently completely refurbised, is surrounded by 2 gardens for total 150 m2. One garden is shadowed by big lemon tree and is perfect for open air dinners or afternoon relax. The other garden is equiped with external showers, pergola, wood oven, BBQ and is perfect for kids entertainment or place to store all stuff when coming back from beach.
The house is located in famous Surfing and Beach area, were genuine sardinia spirit is still present (see https://www.areamarinasinis.it).
Close to the house are present all services, including connections to Mal di Ventre marine-park island, diving centre, surf and windsurf centers, horse riding, hiking, boat rentals to reach most impressive hidden inlets and beaches. Summary: We had a fine week in this village house that met our expectations for a quiet and relaxed Holiday home. Equipment is good and the inner courtyard under the shade of the big Lemon tree is from our Point of view by far the main asset, it was pleasant to sit there while outside in the street the temperature climbed to 38°C. Walking distance to the beach, for more spectacular beaches or big Shopping you'll Need a car. Landlord Nino quickly helped to fix a small technical Problem.

Summary: We were very warmly welcomed at hour holiday home in Mandriola. We were a group of 4 adults and stayed two weesk in July in Mandriola. The house is very nice and we were very pleased that the house was very complete and well furnished. We loved the 2 gardens: the one at the back because of the lovely lemon tree and the one at the side because of the turtle who lived there, we called him Ruga. Putzu Idu beach is a very nice and clean beach, but there are also other beaches very nearby. Mandriola is not a big village, but a very charming place at the beach with some lovely restaurants where they make the best pizzas! There are a lot of nice villages and places nearby which are worth a visit, there is a lot to see in this area. We have had a great holiday at this holiday house, and we would certainly come back again!

Summary: I had never been on the West coast of Sardinia, a little 'out of laziness, a little' out of habit .... big mistake! We landed in Olbia August the 1st and after a journey of two hours we arrived in Mandriola, a small village located between two of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia, about 20 km away from Oristano. Greeting us we did not find large hotels and crowds of tourists, but only sand, sun, sea, sea breeze, green hills.......and Nino, the landlord. The house is large, comfortable, equipped, you feel that the owners use it routinely to spend their holidays. The highlight of the house are the two interior courtyards, the first facing the kitchen and the dining room, here we had breakfast, lunch and dinner and we relaxed in the shade of a beautiful lemon tree and a generous pear tree, the second characterized by a vine, it was perfect for the return from the beaches, with its two outdoor hot showers. Mandriola is a small village, but everything is there: a small supermarket, two fruit and vegetables shops , a bar, a restaurant. It takes only five minutes walk from the house to reach the crystal clear waters of Putzu Idu beach. This is perfect for kids since the water is no more than 50 cm for many and many meters. About two kilometers away is the beach of Sa Mesa Longa, a natural swimming pool from the golden sands. Driving no more than 30 minutes you can reach many other excellent beaches, the ones that I suggest are: Maimoni, a huge expanse of quartz sand reminiscent of the Caribbean, Is Arenas, that has the sand in the shape of a grain of rice, and the beach of San Giovanni in Sinis with the ruins of Tharros behind. If sometimes does not feel like cooking, try the farms, there are many nearby, they offer excellent local food, meat and fish at reasonable prices. I really raccomand this place to people looking for a relaxing place and typical Sardinia beaches. Thanks for everything

Summary: I spent a great summer holiday here. The house is big, with all the comforts. The lemon-tree garden was excellent for breakfasts, lunches sand dinners and also a great place for relaxing. the other garden, with the two hot showers, was great coming back from the beach. Mandriola village is not a great place: in July there is almost nothing apart a nice fruits and vegetables shop, a small market. Mandriola beach is not that great but Putzu-Idu beach is beautiful and only 10-15 minutes walking from the house. Putzu-idu beach is perfect for kids since th water is no more than 50 cm for many many meters. Driving no more than 30 minutes you can reach many other excellent beaches. Was a really nice experience for me and my family and it is evident that the house is not just used for rent but is the place where the owner and his family spend his holidays. I really raccomand this place to people looking for a relaxing place and typical Sardinia beaches

Summary: We spent a wonderful week in this charming house, located at walking distance from Putzu Idu beach. The place is simply but tastefully decorated, and if you prefer to eat at home, you will find everything you need to prepare and serve the meals. There is also a garden, and a small court with an unforgettable lemon tree. On the other hand, Putzu Idu has much to offer: not only a large beach, but also a wetland where birdwatchers meet, and many possibilities for trekking. Definitely, a place we would love to return to.
