Positive: Clean, stylish, good value for money. Good location, I’d have rated “excellent” had I managed to find a spot to park my car.

Negative: Poor staff support. I wrote at 8pm to ask for help to find parking - no answer until the next morning. I asked for an invoice - 2 days later, still no reply.

Summary: A good place, but staff not reachable after 8pm

Positive: Clear instructions. Close to town and convenient for walking to town. I had an issue with the WiFi and I contacted them late at night, but the issue was solved next morning. Which is responsive but I would have rather have the internet service available when I got there. This was my second time there and it was ok like the last time I stayed there.

Negative: Four things: 1) There was a lot of movement in the property and the rooms are close with each other so it is a bit noisy. One Bedroom of an adjacent suite was above our room and again a little noisy but manageable. 2) I am not usually particular with the soap at hotels and I do not travel with my own, their soap did not smell good but I bought some and problem solved. 3) There was no coffee machine, as they had last year. However, one of the mornings the nice lady got us coffee from the machine in the suite next door. The last morning we did without. 4) The wifi they told me to use was not available when I got there. I had to wait until the next morning for them to fix it.

Positive: Aesthetically beautiful and in a great position.

Negative: There was no workman WIFi and there was no sound isolation between the apts. As a result every single simple noise such as: alarm clock, telephone chat or even normal conversation in my neighbouring apts could be heard vividly and ended up waking me up several times between 5:30 and 7:30 am

Negative: No internet. No attempt by the owner to notify us or compensate in any way. Owner does not respond to text despite him telling us not to phone but text. This our 4th time at this location. Standards are slipping. We won’t be back.
