Positive: Great location and plenty of space for our family. They provide all your amenities, which was really nice! There are plenty of games and kid sand toys.
Negative: We did find a hard half eaten sandwich on the living room floor partly under the couch. It didn't seem like the kitchen floor was cleaned. Everything else was clean.

Negative: All small issues. Problem with frig. Which was resolved with some very nice people. Some light bulbs out and had to turn the emergency heat on to get it warmed up. When I called about the heat problem I had to look for the breaker panel. I found it outside on one of the posts with no latch on the cover and no inside cover over the wiring. I consider these small issues that can be fixed and it did not hamper our stay. I would definitely go back but in warmer months.
